There are 2 bedrooms that each sleep 2 and a couch. The first was that it sleeps 6 and that a cot is available. There were just a couple of things that were misleading in the description of the house. We had everything that we needed to have a great week here. This house is adorable and very well maintained. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property manager was adequately helpful. This agreement is a binding agreement between you and the owner of the home. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of Landlord. If we are successful, your deposit and partial payment will be refunded minus $200 fee. **CANCELLATION: Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation.

Nearby are the Hamptons, Greenport, Shelter Island, Montauk and Fire Island. We have other beach homes nearby if you need additional property for those special occasions. It's also only 15 minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, East Wind Day Spa, vineyards, Atlantis Marine World, and Splish Splash Water Park. This home is surrounded by the bay and nature reserve. The vineyards (wine tasting) and farm stands are less than a mile away. You’ll have access to kayaks, fishing poles and bikes! This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. (All our homes come complete with everything you need, just bring food & clothing). Or sit and relax with a glass of wine that you just brought back from your trip to the nearby North Fork vineyards. You can lay in the sun on your own private beach in the summer months. This home is a 2 bedroom vacation rental beach house that is wonderfully decorated with beautiful upscale furnishing & amenities.
